Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy then place them into the shopping basket. Shipping And Handling Shipping and handling within the UK is charged as either:1st & 2nd Class mail up to 2 kilo in weight. The price will be what the parcel weight scale is plus a cost of £0.50 for packaging plus VAT at 20.%. The web site charges for some Light Weight parcels may not be as much Postage Charge as stated on the web site scales of charges. Some Heavy Weight Parcels of low Value items may be more Postage Charge than stated on the web site scales of charges. Please note the cut of time for orders to be dispatched on the same day is 12pm - Please also note due to Bank Holidays and weekends when Royal Mail do not collect or deliver parcels there may be a delay in receiving your goods. Due to the Championship Dog Shows which we attend most weekends, orders received after close on Thursday will not be packed and shipped until the Monday. !st Class Royal Mail Signed For is not GUARENTEED next day delivery.UPS/Parcel Force Please indicate your choice.The regular UPS parcels have a cut off weight and this is 25 kilo per parcel. The charge per parcel is £13.00 - - £16.50 (depending on volume & weight) for 24-48 working hours subject to VAT at 20.%. Parcels over 25 kilo will need to be split into two parcels and there will be two charges for this service or order. Delivery Schedule Your order will normally be dispatched within 1 to 4 days and will be delivered as you have specified.However, please bear with us during holiday periods and the summer show season as we could be away for up to 6 days at a Championship Dog Show where customers can visit us and see our vast range of products. |

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union 20.% VAT will be included on your invoice. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero.
